A Quick Question

fact :
A polar bears skin is black. Its fur is NOT white, but is actually
clear.


Question:

If a polar bears skin is black & its fur is clear/see-through
how come we see them as being white & NOT black?

Well there's a question for all you know it allz out there to think about!
